1st Course
Seasonal Figs along with aged imported Cheese, honey and fresh seasonal grapes.
Wine Feature:
Ruffino Prosecco
- Crisp, clean and delicate, with fine bubbles caressing the palate.
Franciscan Equilibrium White Blend
- Clean, Crisp opening gives way to a full rounded body on the palate
2nd Course
Spinach Portabella Ravioli
- Homemade ravioli stuffed with spinach and portabella mushrooms topped with imported burgundy escargot. Simmered in a white wine roasted garlic aged parmesan sauce
Wine Feature:
Robert Mondavi Pino Noir
- On the palate it begins with sweet dried cherry and grows into a complex mélange of bright fruity and floral flavors with darker undertones of earth and smoke, presented in a seductively sleek and silky package
3rd Course
Osso Buco
- Veal Shank braised in a hearty vegetable based red sauce. Served on a bed of creamy polenta
Wine Feature:
Ruffino Lodola Nuova Montepulciano
- At the palate it is round. The tannins are steady yet velvety and, as characteristic of the Montepulciano area, they soon fade into smooth sensations.
Ruffino Riserva Ducale Oro
- Full-bodied, very powerful in its fruity notes, with elegant tannins perfectly s upported by a good acidity.
4th Course
Carmel Apple Pie
