Tricolor Quinoa Salad
Quinoa, sun dried tomato, green onion, cranberry, Champagne Vinaigrette, topped with a crumbled imported feta cheese & served with Pinsa Romana Bread seasoned with Organic Castlevetrano Olive Oil & Smoked Himalayan Salt
3rd course
Arbrorio rice risotto simmered and finished with a 24-month aged imported parmiggiano Reggiano and topped with a slow braised vegetable beef stew
4th Course
Hudson Canyon Day Scallops seared in drawn butter set on a bed of Sicilian Style Cous Cous finished with a balsamic fig glaze
