Spedini di Pollo

Chicken Spedini, thin tender chicken breast stuffed with green onion, prosciutto, breading and mozzarella. Oven roasted and served with a side of penne pink vodka sauce. $21.95
 

Linguini con Sugo di Gamberi

Large shrimp and sea scallops sautéed with roasted garlic, cherry tomatoes, and white wine. All simmered and tossed with linguini. $21.95
 

Salmone ai Ferri

Char grilled Atlantic salmon topped with a rock shrimp roasted garlic white wine sauce set on a bed of pearl couscous sautéed with sun dried tomato and spinach. $24.95
 

Bistecca alla “Cowboy”

20oz. Cowboy Steak (Bone in rib eye) Char grilled and cooked to your liking. Topped with a portabella mushroom auju and served with a side of Yukon gold mashed potatoes $34.95

  • Eggplant, Roasted Pulled Chicken and Sundried Tomato Lasagna with Creamy Alfredo Sauce

Wine:

  • Tormaresca: Neprica

3rd Course:

  • Filet Mignon, Char-Grilled & Carolo’s Famous Stuffed Shrimp over Oven Roasted Parmesan Potatoes

  • Tenuta Guado al Tasso: Il Bruciato, Bolgheri

Annual Fall Wine Dinner Hosted at di Carlo Restaurant

  
  
  

Trattoria di Carlo is once again hosting their annual Fall Wine Dinner. This special event features wines from Duckhorn Vineyards in Napa Valley.

Join the di Carlo family on Thursday, November 1, to partake in the wine dinner. Registration opens at 6:00pm, with dinner starting at 6:30pm. The dinner includes four courses:

First Course –

  • Smoke Salmon Crostini
  • Assorted imported and domestic specialty cheese
  • Bruschetta with a sun dried tomato Sicilian olive and herb spread
  • Featuring: Decoy Sauvignon Blanc 2011

Second Course –

  • Butternut squash ravioli in a home made pesto sauce
  • Featuring: Migration Chardonnay 2011

Third Course –

  • Veal Medallions – choice cut veal medallions roasted and simmered with a potatoes wild mushroom and onions with a wine reduction
  • Featuring: Duckhorn Merlot 2009 and Paraduxx Zinfandel Blend 2009

Fourth Course –

  • Pedone family famous Cannoli Cake
  • Featuring: Duckhorn Cabernet Sauvignon 2009
