1st Course

Butternut Squash & Sweet Potato Raviolo

Served with saffron-sage butter, Calabrian chile bread crumbs and grated Piave Vecchio cheese.

Torre Pieve Chardonnay

Subtle vanilla scents fading into exotic perfumes of pineapple, banana, and citrus and then finishing with hazelnuts and melted butter.

Roero Arneis

Expect a refreshing and savory flavor profile, complemented wonderfully by aromas of fresh fruit and citrus.

2nd Course

Pork & Mortadella Meatballs

Served with roasted garlic risotto, shaved parmesan & Ciacci Piccolomini olive oil.

Brunello di Montalcino

Bouquet is soft, approachable, and seductive. It’s backed by ripe tannins and loads of barbecue spice and mesquite.

Main Course

Rosemary Smoked Lamb

Smoked rack of lamb with porcini braised short ribs, four cheese potato, zucchini vermicelli and natural braising sauce.

Sordo Barolo

A mix of leather, licorice, cherry, earth and mineral notes marks this intense red. Firm and austere, with a base of tannins defining the lengthy finish.

Amarone Classico Della Valpolicella

The impact of preserved cherry, spices, and dried rose petal lend complexity and elegance to the nose. To the palate, it has warmth and subtlety.
