It isn’t the destination, but the friends we meet who help us appreciate the journey.
My friends, my family. It is with a heavy heart that I must share with you all that on Sunday, June 13, 2021, Trattoria di Carlo will close our doors.
This decision was not made lightly. In fact, it is one I have agonized over for quite some time, as I have worked many long days and nights away from home. While I will miss all of you—my patrons, my employees, my friends— the restaurant industry is very challenging right now and this is the right decision for my family.
I want to thank everyone who has broken bread at my table, shared a laugh, and supported my business. For nearly twenty years, Trattoria di Carlo has been a staple of Oak Creek, and I have truly loved every moment of it.
But now, I am ready to start my next chapter. I am ready to go home.
Thank you for accompanying me on this journey.
