Rosemary Smoked Lamb
Smoked rack of lamb with porcini braised short ribs, four cheese potato, zucchini vermicelli and natural braising sauce.
A mix of leather, licorice, cherry, earth and mineral notes marks this intense red. Firm and austere, with a base of tannins defining the lengthy finish.
Amarone Classico Della Valpolicella
The impact of preserved cherry, spices, and dried rose petal lend complexity and elegance to the nose. To the palate, it has warmth and subtlety.
